Line up tennis matches with your regulars
Doubles needs four people, the same hour, the same court. That's a lot of scheduling math for a group chat. stelovo does the math so you can just play.
Your tennis group probably already exists somewhere — a WhatsApp with seven people, four of whom can play on any given evening. The hard part isn't wanting to play. It's figuring out which four, on which night, at which court.
stelovo gives your crew a little private space. Someone proposes three time slots. Everyone taps the ones that work. As soon as you've got four yesses on the same slot, you've got a match. Go book the court.
How it works
- 1Create a constellation for your tennis crew.
- 2Propose a few slots when a court is free.
- 3Play when enough people tap yes.
Why stelovo for tennis matches
A tennis crew is often bigger than any given match needs. You have six or eight regulars who'd all like to play, but you only need four for doubles (or two for singles) in any given session — and the hard part is figuring out which four, on which evening, on which court.
stelovo collapses the scheduling math. Your crew lives in a private constellation. When a court is free, someone proposes the slots that work for them. Everyone taps the ones they can make. The first time four people line up on the same slot, you have a match and you go book the court.
Because the constellation is private and closed, there's no broadcasting to a wider club and no group chat full of people who only half-care. The regulars stay regular, and the planning time drops from half an afternoon of chat to a couple of taps.
Every confirmed match can be added to your calendar with one click — a plain .ics file your phone or laptop will happily import. No calendar integration to set up, no OAuth to authorize, just a download.
Frequently asked
How do I propose a time slot?▾
Open the constellation and tap 'Propose a meeting'. Add a title, pick a date and a start/end time for each option, add as many options as you want, and send it out. Everyone in the constellation sees it instantly.
What if nobody else can make any of the slots?▾
Everyone can tap 'None of these work' to decline the whole proposal. When enough people decline, the proposer knows to try again with different times. No more awkward silences in the group chat.
Can I book the court through stelovo?▾
No — stelovo doesn't know about court booking systems. Once you have a confirmed slot, you book the court yourself wherever you normally do. stelovo only handles the 'when and who'.
Is there a singles mode?▾
There's no separate mode — a meeting just needs enough yeses to be viable. For singles you need two taps, for doubles you need four. stelovo detects consensus as soon as you have enough people on the same slot.
