Privacy at stelovo

Find a night. Form a constellation.

We built stelovo for ourselves — a handful of friends who wanted a quieter way to plan dinners, games, and matches. We don't sell data. We don't run ads. We don't analyze your chats. Private data is the whole point.

What we store

Your email, your display name, the constellations you're part of, and the messages and meeting votes you post inside them. Nothing more than what the app needs to work.

What vanishes

When a constellation reaches its end date, its chat and meeting history are deleted. That is a feature, not an accident.

Who sees what

Constellations are isolated from each other. If you share one constellation with a friend, they see that one — not the others you're in, and not the people in them. The database rules enforce this, not a UI filter: every read is checked server-side against the membership of the specific constellation. Operators don't look at your data beyond what's needed to keep the service running.

Third parties

stelovo runs on Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication, database, and hosting. Your data sits there under Google's standard terms. We don't share it with anyone else.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time by asking us. When you do, your profile and messages go with it. Constellations you created but didn't delete will remain visible to their other members.

This is a small personal project, not a company. If that ever changes, we will tell you before anything else does.
